Standard Return Policy
PHANTOM E-KART accepts replacement for unused items within 24 hours after you have received your delivery. Product must be in a new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a replacement.
Please take a video while Unboxing the ordered Product. In case if you received wrong or Damaged Product you need to provide us that video in case of replacement.
If your parcel lost or due to Natural Disasters reason you may not get your parcel, then only full refund is applicable.

Canceling an Item or Order
Due to our commitment to processing orders quickly, there is a limited period of time in which your order can be cancelled. Any cancellations or modifications of product orders of the initial 7 hours . Cancellation after shipment will be issued as a standard return order. If an item has been shipped already, it is subject to our standard 24 hours return policy.
