Shipping Policy

Depending on the size of the items, all items packed well when leaving the warehouse. The selected parcel service (FedEx, Delhivery, DTDC, the Professional Courier, Trackon courier, Ecom express, DHL, Aramex, Bluedart, Xpressbees ) delivers your merchandise to your home or place of business and places it at the front area of your workplace or front door of your home.

We arrange the shipment as soon as possible after your orders processed and payment received. It is estimated that your orders delivered within 4-5 business days. The delivery may slowly, particularly during festival, or other holiday periods.

We try our best to process orders as soon as you place an order even though we cannot control delivery in such holiday periods. If you have any problems of the delivery, please contact us by email or call our customer care number.

In instances where customer places multiple orders within a day or two, we might combine orders and ship them together.

It is our endeavor to ship all items in your order together; however this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Also there may be restrictions on accepting orders for certain pin codes as cannot be shipped to those destinations. In such scenarios, order will be accepted online and mail will be sent requesting to provide an alternate pin code.

COD available for all major cities. There is minimum Rs 199/-advance COD payment for order confirmation.
